ElevenLabs Ads Engine is a tool that localizes your ad campaigns into 50+ languages: it translates the text, adapts the images and dubs the video with Dubbing v2, then pushes the localized ads back to Google, Meta or LinkedIn. It is available on Enterprise plans only, so there is no public price; contact sales. Checked 6 Nov 2026.
Best for: brands and agencies that run the same ad in many countries and need it to sound local in each one.
Not for: a single-language campaign, a one-off ad, or anyone on a Free, Starter, Creator or Pro plan.
Starting price: Enterprise only — no public price (checked 6 Nov 2026). The underlying platform starts at Free ($0, 10,000 credits a month); paid plans start at Starter $6 a month (30,000 credits) (checked 6 Nov 2026). See the full plan comparison for every tier.
What is ElevenLabs Ads Engine?
Ads Engine is a product inside ElevenCreative, ElevenLabs’ creative workspace. It connects to the ad platforms you already use — Google, Meta and LinkedIn — pulls in a campaign you have already made, and produces versions of it for other languages and markets. The point is not to make an ad from nothing. It is to take an ad that already works and make it sound and look local in each new market, without rebuilding it by hand for every language.
The official page describes it as a way to localize ad campaigns at scale. One campaign goes in; versions in 50+ languages come out. Each version keeps the same idea and the same brand voice, but the words, the voice, the on-screen text and the images change to fit the market. That matters because an ad that reads as a translation usually performs worse than an ad that reads as if it was made for that market.
Ads Engine is new, and it is the only ElevenLabs product that is gated to Enterprise plans. The Free, Starter, Creator and Pro plans do not include it. That shapes everything else in this guide: the audience is teams that already spend on ads across borders, and the price is a sales conversation rather than a number on a pricing page.
How Ads Engine works
The workflow has five steps. You do not need a new ad for each market; you start with one that already performs. ElevenLabs does not publish a per-step credit cost for Ads Engine, so the steps below carry no credit figure (not stated on the official page as of 6 Nov 2026).
Step 1 — Connect an ad platform
Connect Ads Engine to Google, Meta or LinkedIn. Ads Engine pulls in your existing campaigns and creatives, so there is nothing to upload by hand. The connection is the setup work: once it is in place, new campaigns flow in as you make them.
Step 2 — Pick the ad and the markets
Choose the ad you want to localize and the languages and markets for it. Ads Engine supports 50+ languages. Pick the markets where the ad already has a job to do rather than every language at once: each market is a version to review, and review is where the time goes.
Step 3 — Let Ads Engine localize the creative
Ads Engine translates the ad text, adapts the images and dubs the video. The dubbing uses Dubbing v2, which handles 90+ languages and up to 32 speakers, and keeps the original speaker’s voice in the new language. The image work changes on-screen text and visuals to fit the market. You get a localized version of the same ad, not a new ad. The ElevenLabs Dubbing v2 guide covers the dubbing itself in full.
Step 4 — Review the performance variants
Ads Engine makes variants of your top-performing ads and retires the ones that stop working. The idea is that the best ad in one market is not always the best ad in another, so the tool keeps testing versions instead of leaving one version running everywhere. You approve the variants before they go live.
Step 5 — Publish back to the platform
Ads Engine pushes the localized versions back to Google, Meta or LinkedIn, so the ads run where they were made. Reusable templates keep later campaigns consistent: once a template is set, the next campaign uses the same layout, voice and brand rules.
What Ads Engine localizes
Three things change in a localized ad: the words, the pictures and the voice. Ads Engine handles all three, and each one uses a different part of ElevenLabs.
| Part of the ad | What changes | How it works |
| Text | Ad copy and on-screen words | Translated into the target language |
| Images | Visuals and on-screen text | Adapted for the market |
| Video and voice | Spoken audio and lip sync | Dubbed with Dubbing v2; the original speaker’s voice is kept |
| Voice | The voice that reads the ad | Eleven v4, the most emotive ElevenLabs model |
Two features matter once ads are running. Reusable templates mean the next campaign starts from the same layout, voice and brand rules instead of from scratch. Ad fatigue detection watches how often people have seen an ad and flags it when it has been shown too often, so a tired ad gets retired before it starts hurting results.
How much does ElevenLabs Ads Engine cost?
Ads Engine is available on Enterprise plans only. There is no public price for it, and the official FAQ says to contact the sales team. That is the whole answer on price: if you are on Free, Starter, Creator or Pro, Ads Engine is not included in your plan, and there is no add-on price listed on the official page.
The platform underneath it does have public prices. Free is $0 a month with 10,000 credits a month. Starter is $6 a month with 30,000 credits a month, Creator is $22 a month with 121,000 credits a month, and Pro is $99 a month with 600,000 credits a month (all checked 6 Nov 2026). A $1 Starter first-month offer was shown until Nov 8 when checked on 6 Nov 2026. Those prices cover the voice, dubbing and agent tools; they do not buy Ads Engine.
| Plan | Credits a month | Agent minutes a month | Ads Engine |
| Free | 10,000 | 15 | No |
| Starter | 30,000 | 75 | No |
| Creator | 121,000 | 275 | No |
| Pro | 600,000 | 1,238 | No |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Yes |
If you only need one localized ad, the cheaper route is the normal dubbing workflow: dub the video with Dubbing v2 and make the voiceover with text to speech. The ElevenLabs for Ads guide covers that workflow and its costs, and the Dubbing v2 guide covers the dubbing itself.
Ads Engine vs localizing ads yourself
Doing it by hand means translating the copy, re-recording the voiceover in each language, re-editing the video and re-uploading it to each platform. For one ad in two languages, that is a day of work. For one ad in ten languages, it is a project. Ads Engine does the same job in one pass, and it keeps the voice the same across languages because Dubbing v2 clones the original speaker.
The trade is control against speed. By hand, you choose every word and every voice in each language. With Ads Engine, you approve versions the tool makes. The emotion tags guide shows how much control ElevenLabs gives you over a voice when you work by hand: tags such as [laughing], [whispering] and [angry] change how a line is read. Ads Engine does not promise that level of per-line control; it promises scale.
There is also a middle path. Make the voiceover yourself for the markets that matter most, and use Ads Engine for the rest. If your team also builds voice agents, the ElevenLabs conversational AI pricing guide lists the agent minutes each plan includes, so you can see what the standard plans cover before you talk to sales about Enterprise.
Pros
• One campaign becomes 50+ localized versions without rebuilding each one by hand.
• The original speaker’s voice carries across languages through Dubbing v2.
• Performance variants and ad fatigue detection keep the best ads running and retire the tired ones.
Cons
• Enterprise plans only, so small teams and solo creators cannot use it.
• No public price and no published per-ad credit cost, so you cannot budget it without talking to sales.
• You approve versions the tool makes, so you give up the per-line control of working by hand.
Who should NOT use it
Skip Ads Engine if you run ads in one language, if you make one ad at a time, or if you are on a Free, Starter, Creator or Pro plan. It is built for teams that already run campaigns across borders. If that is not you, the normal dubbing and voiceover workflow does the same job for a single ad at a published price.
Frequently asked questions
Is ElevenLabs Ads Engine free?
No. Ads Engine is available on Enterprise plans only, and there is no public price; the official page says to contact sales. The Free plan ($0, 10,000 credits a month, checked 6 Nov 2026) covers voice and dubbing tools, but it does not include Ads Engine.
Which ad platforms does Ads Engine work with?
Google, Meta and LinkedIn. Ads Engine connects to those platforms, pulls in your existing campaigns and creatives, and pushes the localized versions back, so the ads run where they were made. No other platform is named on the official page as of 6 Nov 2026.
How many languages does Ads Engine support?
50+ languages. The dubbing behind it, Dubbing v2, handles 90+ languages and up to 32 speakers, and it keeps the original speaker’s voice in the new language. The 50+ figure is the number Ads Engine advertises for localized campaigns.
Does Ads Engine make music for ads?
No. Ads Engine localizes the text, images and video of an ad you already have. Music is a separate product: the ElevenLabs Music v2.5 guide covers making songs, which cost 900 credits per minute. Ads Engine does not add a soundtrack to your ad.
Can I try Ads Engine on a Starter or Pro plan?
No. Ads Engine is not included in Free, Starter, Creator or Pro plans, and there is no add-on price on the official page. If you want it, you need an Enterprise plan, which means talking to sales. The standard plans cover the voice, dubbing and agent tools instead.
