How We Review AI Tools

Updated Oct 9, 2026

This page explains exactly how AIDealsPro reviews AI tools — what we check, what we do not claim, and how we keep verdicts independent of affiliate commissions.

1. We start with the official pricing page

Every review includes a pricing table copied from the tool’s official pricing page, with the check date. We show monthly vs annual prices, what the free plan really includes, and what the credits or limits actually buy. Prices are in USD.

2. We convert allowances into real costs

“1,000 credits/month” means nothing until you know what one video, image, or minute of audio costs. We do the division and state the real cost per finished unit — per video minute, per image, per 1,000 characters of speech.

3. We read the free plan’s fine print

Watermarks, commercial-use rights, attribution requirements, credit rollover, resolution caps. Free tiers are where the catches hide, so we list them explicitly.

4. We describe only what is public and verifiable

We describe the public product, public documentation, public demos, and public examples. We write “according to the pricing page” or “the docs say”. Our reviews are research-based, compiled from official pricing pages and documentation.

5. Every review states who should NOT use the tool

A review that recommends everything recommends nothing. Each review names the users and jobs the tool is wrong for, lists at least three honest cons, and links to alternatives we also cover.

6. We re-check prices monthly

AI tool pricing changes fast — plans get renamed, credit allowances shrink, free tiers disappear. We re-check the pricing pages behind our reviews every month and stamp each page with its “last updated” date.

7. Deals are verified or they do not get listed

A deal on AIDealsPro means a free trial, an official public discount, annual-plan savings, or a seasonal sale — verified on the tool’s official site on the date shown. We never invent coupon codes. If a tool has no public discount, the deals page says so.

8. Affiliate links never change verdicts

Our “Try” buttons use affiliate links (clearly disclosed at the top of every review). The commission does not affect scores, rankings, or recommendations. Tool makers do not see reviews before publication and cannot pay for placement. Full details:
